January 08, 2007 IIPA supportted USTR’s decision to elevate Chile to the Special 301 Priority Watch List.
January 08, 2007 IIPA updated its earlier comments and recommends that USTR elevate Canada to the Special 301 “Priority Watch List” in the ongoing 301 out-of-cycle review.
December 28, 2006 On the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of the Diplomatic Conference on two WIPO Internet Treaties (WCT & WPPT), IIPA commends WIPO and the Member States on this achievement and will continue to work with WIPO and the nations which have ratified/acceded to these Treaties (and those that plan to join) on their proper implementation into national law.
